The shape of light is a hypothetic exhibition featuring 10 artists using light as their main medium of expression. I designed a typographic identity for the exhibition, as well as a catalog and poster design for the show. The beauty of light art is that it’s not just about the light itself, but also the shadows and surroundings of the work. Materiality and subject matter. With the reflective foil material, viewers are able to play with the light and get various results instead of just one static color. Just like the artwork itself, I’m aiming to achieve a variety effects via the simplest methods.
